Anthony Blair Sweet
Graduate C.I.A. 1979
Chef/Owner Anthony Blair Sweet graduated from "The
Culinary Institute of America" in 1979 and
spent over ten years in San Francisco honing his craft in
the City's many seafood restaurants.
In 1990 Anthony owned and operated “YPC” “Your
Personal Chef” Catering Company in Los
Angeles. Anthony then moved to Hong Kong in 1995 and after
a stint at Dan Ryan's, created "The Source of Health"
Restaurant in Central.
Anthony continued his success with “Anthony’s
Catch” in 2002 and in 2007 with a small
investor group Started “Anthony’s Ranch”
(4 Stars HK Magazine “08”) Anthony continues today with
his Passion for Excellence in all things edible adding
whole /organic foods to his Catch Menu! Anthony lives and
loves in Sai Kung with his wife Candy Sweet, Son, Skylar
Cruz Sweet, and Labrador, Honey Sweet.
