Why not learn a few tricks from the Master Chef at Anthony's Catch!!!

We offer apprenticeship mini courses for domestic helpers or just anyone interested in cooking! The course runs three weeks from 3-6pm Tuesday thru Friday and is part of our normal set up of the restaurant. Handouts are provided for each day's work covering recipes, methods and that day's focus. Students are quizzed each day on the previous day's menu, proper food handling, sanitation, hygiene, kitchen safety, cooking methods and techniques. Course cost is HKD $3000 and we only take two students per month. Contact us today!
