Company "Stuff"The Shop: Anthony's Catch Ltd. was created to fill a need in the market for Imported Seafood in the Sai Kung Area. The Chef: Chef/Owner Anthony Blair Sweet graduated from "The Culinary Institute of America" in 1979 and spent over ten years in San Francisco honing his craft in the City's many seafood restaurants. After a stint at Dan Ryan's, Anthony created "The Source of Health" Restaurant in Central. The Customers: "This is just what Sai Kung needs, a place we know the safety of the Seafood!" "I can't buy Cod from Australia, or Swordfish from New Zealand at Park and Shop.... and Anthony is so helpful with recipes " The Dining Room......
